Reports of driving over & on pavements within Instow
Driving on & over the pavement.Under Section 72 of the Highways Act 1835, is illegal to drive on the pavement anywhere in the UK. Therefore, as any vehicle parked on the pavement has, by definition, been driven there the driver has committed an offence under this section.
