Instow Parish Council


1. Welcome and introduction from the Chair of Instow Parish Council who will chair the         meeting

5. Closing remarks by the Chair 


All residents who are registered to vote are welcome to attend.




We are legally required to hold this meeting before 1 June each year. 


Agendas are published on the Parish Council’s website and on their noticeboard, five days 

before a meeting.

Instow Parish Council has introduced new dedicated email addresses for all councillors. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improving transparency, data security, and ease of communication for residents.

When contacting the Parish Council, please ensure you use these official Council email addresses only.
Private email accounts should not be used for any Council-related business.
Using the correct email addresses helps us:

*Keep all Council correspondence properly recorded
*Protect councillors’ personal information
*Ensure compliance with data protection best practice

Reports of driving over & on pavements within Instow

Driving on & over the pavement.
Under Section 72 of the Highways Act 1835, is illegal to drive on the pavement anywhere in the UK. Therefore, as any vehicle parked on the pavement has, by definition, been driven there the driver has committed an offence under this section.
